Dummy hanging from noose outside Maryland home

Travelers in Grantville, Maryland spotted a life-size dummy hanging by a noose in a front yard over Memorial Day weekend.
Shawn Hunter wrote about the encounter on Facebook saying he was in the area to celebrate his anniversary with friends in Deep Creek. The group decided to go to a shooting range and, while en route, they saw the life-sized dummy “hanging on a huge tree in the front yard off the main road!!!!”
Hunter posted the images on Facebook with a warning to vacationers in the area.
“ Please share with your folks who vacation up there!!! #thisis2017not1917 #Racismisveryrealandalive #needlesstosaywedidntgototherange,” the caption read.
