February is Black History Month and one of Georgia's U.S. congressmen is celebrating with a powerful poem.

In a video tribute to the month, Rep. David Scott read "Mother to Son," a poem by Langston Hughes, whom Scott called the "African-American poet laureate of the utmost greatness."
