Sheriff's Officer on traffic stop helps driver in medical need

- Sometimes we are blessed to be in the right place at the right time.

Captain Franco from the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office was on a traffic stop on Georgia Highway 20 on Wednesday, when another vehicle pulled up needing help. The driver stated he was not feeling well and asked for help. Captain Franco released the other vehicle to focus on the medical call.

Within a couple of minutes, four more deputies working in the area showed up to help. The man began to have a seizure seconds after several patrol vehicles arrived. Captain Franco and the other deputies helped keep the man from falling from his vehicle or getting hurt in any way.

Way to go, Captain Franco and everyone involved!
