CARROLLTON, Ga. - We've all been there. It's late at night, you're hungry and the siren song of bright orange Cheetos start calling your name.
For one little stray cat on the campus of the University of West Georgia however, the call of the flaming hot snack got to be a bit of a problem.
UWG Police Officer David Stone was on his patrol route when he saw the cat on the side of the road, its head stuck in a Cheetos bag.
In a video taken from Stone's camera, the officer cautiously walked up to the stuck cat.
"Hey, it's OK," Stone told the cat as it meowed at him. "Come here, little dude."
Stone was able to remove the bag safely and the cat was happy to be free.
He left the cat with a word of advice.
"No more Cheetos for you OK?" he said, laughing.
There's no word on whether the cat has switched to something like Doritos as its snack food of choice.
