"When your baby has a first, it’s a big deal," the Jeff & Jenn Show co-host said on Instagram. "Well, cancer delayed this first for Reese because she lost her hair with chemo, but we got to experience her first haircut this weekend!"

Hobby said Reese was so proud of herself after her haircut.

On August 13, 2016, doctors discovered a plum-sized, solid mass tumor in Reese's abdomen, on the base of her spine. Just 11-months-old at the time, Reese immediately started chemotherapy at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's Aflac Cancer Center at Egleston.

After four rounds of chemotherapy and a successful surgery, Reese was able to walk out of the hospital tumor-free, just in time for Christmas. Then, on January 20, 2017, Hobby announced Reese was no longer showing signs of cancer.

Reese, who's now 2-years-old, has been cancer free for a little over a year, and her mother says she's doing very well. Hobby told FOX 5's Katie Muse they have an MRI in two weeks, and if they get the all-clear, they'll switch to six-month appointments instead of going monthly.

"She has had clear scans for over a year now!" Hobby said.
