Gwinnett County Police officers save man pinned in car

ATLANTA - Officers rush in to save a man after a freak accident at an Atlanta area McDonald’s.

The man found himself pinned between his car and the side of the building after dropping his credit card while ordering at the drive-thru.

Gwinnett County Police said the man leaned down to get the card, pressed down on the gas, and sent the car forward, leaving him stuck.

The officer used his baton to break the window so he could put the car in neutral.

Then another officer and bystander helped push the vehicle to free the driver.

Medics rushed the man to the hospital with serious injuries but he was listed in stable condition as of late Wednesday evening.
