Texas-based FarmHouse Fresh made a major donation of 75 comforting dog beds valued at $5000.00 to local animal shelter PAWS Atlanta, located in Decatur on Thursday. The 75 beds will include small, medium, large beds in a range of thicknesses, so that the rescued dogs will no longer have to sleep on cold, hard concrete floors.

PAWS Atlanta’s mission is to build a community of caring, by people helping pets and pets helping people.

This donation of dog beds is part of FarmHouse Fresh’s new charitable initiative to help forgotten and abused animals, which includes publishing an endearing 18-page picture book featuring shelter dogs, titled, Is It True They Call You the Dog Bed Fairy?

“Our goal is to bring smiles to dog and animal lovers, while providing comfort, warmth and love to our furry friends in shelters, plus raising public awareness of their need for a permanent home,” says Shannon McLinden, CEO and Founder of FarmHouse Fresh, a natural and organic skincare company located in McKinney, Texas.
