CHOA shares uplifting post about toddler born with hip dysplasia
ATLANTA - Children's Healthcare of Atlanta shared a heartwarming post on Facebook Tuesday night about a thriving little girl.
According to CHOA, patient Lyla Beth was born with hip dysplasia and for two straight months wore a Pavlik harness, which is a positioning brace made of Velcro straps. The straps fasten around a baby's legs and are held up by shoulder and chest straps.
"Today, this little fighter is an on-the-go toddler with perfectly normal hips!" CHOA said.
CHOA shared a before and after picture of Lyla Beth, which has more than 1.7 thousand likes.
