There was no shortage of key lime pie for hungry Atlantans on Saturday.

Florida Keys chef Bobby Stoky brought a team together to prepare a giant pie at Atlanta's Lenox Square Shopping Mall.

The pie was 8 feet in diameter and served around 2,500 shoppers at the mall.

Stoky said the pie contained 6,000 key limes, 55 gallons of sweetened condensed milk, 200 pounds of graham crackers.

"It's a balance between sweet and tangy that makes this pie absolutely delicious," he said.

Stoky was making to pie to bring awareness to the Key's continued recovery from September's Hurricane Irma. Key Lime is the official pie of the state of Florida.

Currently, 80 percent of hotels and restaurants have reopened since the storm.
