ALPHARETTA, Ga. - Folks in Alpharetta are expected to be lined up for a new bakery opening June 11 serving up freshly baked cookies and giveaways.
Tiff's Treats is opening their first of three stores in metro Atlanta. The company said they plan to celebrate their Alpharetta location opening with special prizes and giveaways That store is located inside the Aspen Station shopping center at 3665 Old Milton Parkway.
The bakery said they will be selling a dozen chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, or snickerdoodle cookies for just a dollar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. They will also be donating $5 for every box sold to Ian's Friends Foundation, a charity dedicated to fighting pediatric brain tumors. The company will also be randomly giving away prizes in select boxes such a gift cards and certificates for free cookies for a year. They are limiting 5 boxes per customers while supplies last.
Tiff's Treats advised people attending their grand opening to bring umbrellas and portable lawn chairs to make themselves comfortable as long lines may form. They wrote on their website that “the first 10 people in line at 9am will receive a $100 Tiff's Treats Gift Card. The next 10 will get a $50 gift card, the next 10 will get a $25 gift card, and the next 10 will get a $10 gift card.” A fan of the company told FOX 5 News to "think 'Chick-fil-A opening,' but for cookies."
This is the first Tiff's Treats store outside of Texas. The company is known for delivering hot, fresh-from-the oven cookies and brownies in the areas where they operate. They plan to open a store in Midtown and Sandy Springs later this year.
