Valentine's Day hits and misses

ATLANTA - In celebration of Valentine's Day, a company called Instacart has created its first-ever "romantic index," which looks at the most and least romantic cities across the country. 

Turns out, Atlanta ranked as one of the least romantic cities.

The most romantic cities include Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Seattle and Boston. The least romantic cities include Atlanta, San Francisco, Denver and Miami.
