'Super' new attraction opens at Six Flags Over Georgia
AUSTELL, Ga. - They are some of the most iconic superheroes in history -- and now, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and more have a new place to call home in North Georgia.

JUSTICE LEAGUE: Battle for Metropolis is an all-new attraction opening Friday, May 26 at Six Flags Over Georgia. The high-tech, 4D thrill ride takes passengers on an interactive battle between popular heroes and villains, allowing park guests to join in the fight by firing at hundreds of virtual and physical targets with a "stun blaster." Construction on the highly-anticipated ride has been underway for several months, and included the creation of a 22,000-square foot "Hall of Justice." JUSTICE LEAGUE: Battle for Metropolis is just one of several new additions to the Austell theme park, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary season.
