Performers bring original style to 'Smooth Jazz'

When you think of smooth jazz, "thrilling" may not be the first adjective that comes to mind, but tonight and event will have you rethinking your preconceived notions.

"An Evening of Smooth Jazz" at the Wolf Creek Ampitheater is an event that will thrill, inspire and have you getting into the groove.

Two of the performers joined "Good Day" to showcase some of their talents Saturday morning.

Josh Vietti is a hip-hop and jazz violinist who opened for major artists like Earth, Wind, and Fire and Lil Wayne.

Norman Brown is a Grammy-winning guitarist and vocalist who fuses pop, R&B, and jazz.

The two performers talked with Kaitlyn Pratt about their influences, some advice to up-and-coming artists, and more.

"An Evening of Smooth Jazz," which is part of the Colors of Love Tour is Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at the Wolf Creek Amphitheater. Gates open at 5 p.m.
