New Show House Brings 'White Christmas' to Douglasville

Forget what the forecast says -- this year, it's sure to be a White Christmas in Douglasville.
The Douglas County Museum of History and Art presents the 1st Annual Christmas Show House, scheduled to be open from December 4th until the 20th.  The house is a 1923 bungalow in Historic Douglasville, and decorators and designers will be decking the halls to a "White Christmas" theme.  Everything inside -- from the art to the accessories to the antiques -- will be for sale, along with items in the home's gift shop and gallery.  Tours are available daily from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., and tickets are $20 per person (there are some special extended hours and other events), and proceeds benefit the Douglas County Museum of History and Art.
Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken spent the morning exploring the Christmas Show House, getting in the spirit of a "White Christmas."
