Move it Monday: Getting 'shredded' with Dr. Ian Smith

He's a physician, bestselling author, and television personality who's launched major health initiatives including the 50 Million Pound Challenge.  Now, Dr. Ian Smith wants to help his followers "shred" the pounds with some simple exercises he says anybody can do.

Smith recently stopped by Anytime Fitness in Midtown Atlanta to show Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken two brief workouts he says will shred away fat without taking hours in the gym.
