ATLANTA, Ga. - In just six years, it’s become one of the most sought-after fitness programs in the country. And with three locations in Metro Atlanta, Flywheel Sports is helping plenty of people live a healthier and happier life.
Flywheel Sports was launched in 2010 in New York, with the idea of making indoor cycling more accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Technology is the key to that goal, with bike tech packs that allow riders to track progress, and also share their performance with others during classes. Along with indoor cycling, muscle-sculpting Flybarre classes are also offered at several studios, including the newest location in Buckhead.
Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken spent the morning at the new Buckhead Flywheel Sports location, getting a closer look at how instructors there are helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
