The biggest Mardi Gras celebration might happen on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, but the one happening in Acworth this week will be a close second if Chef Henry Chandler has anything to do with it!
Chef Henry opened Henry's Louisiana Grill
in downtown Acworth in 2000, and since then the restaurant has become North Georgia's go-to place for Cajun cuisine. Chandler learned to cook in Louisiana and then honed his skills with French culinary training in London before opening his own restaurant. Mardi Gras is, of course, a perfect time to visit Henry's Louisiana Grill, as the staff is planning a major party on Tuesday lasting from dawn until midnight!
