Grilled Salad - Charred root vegetable salad with heirloom tomatoes, local goat cheese and Vidalia onion vinaigrette

Steak - Carolina BBQ rubbed flatiron steak with bread n butter pickle relish and grilled spring onions

Dessert - Grilled GA peaches with honey suckle, local berries, bourbon whipped cream and smoked wild flower honey

Cocktail - Georgia Mojito with grilled peach slices, muddled key limes, fresh mint, rum, simple syrup and club soda
