Youth National Climbing Championships: Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken spent the morning at Stone Summit Climbing and Fitness in Kennesaw, hanging out with some of the best young climbers around. The 2015 USA Climbing Youth National Championship hopefuls are taking part in a Pre-National Training Camp. Almond Butter and Crushed Raspberry Panini
Ingredients:
4 slices Arnold® Nutty Almond bread
4 tbsp. of roasted almond butter
1 c. fresh raspberries
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tsp. lime zest
Nonstick spray
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl combine raspberries, agave nectar and lime zest. Using the back of a fork, lightly crush the raspberries. Allow this mixture to sit for a couple of minutes.
Spread each slice of bread with almond butter. Place a spoonful of raspberry mix on one side of bread and sandwich together with the other slice.
Heat a Panini machine or waffle iron to temperature. Spray both sides of the sandwich lightly with cooking spray and place in the machine. Close the lid and toast to light golden brown. Remove and serve warm.
