Good Day Atlanta Viewer Information Story April 28, 2016

Class Is In Session! Good Day Goes To Stunt Driving School:  If you've ever watched a car chase in an action move and thought "I want to do that!" -- we've got some good news.  The biggest name in Hollywood stunt driving is bringing his stunt driving school right here to North Georgia.

The Bobby Ore Motorsports Stunt Driving School now calls Atlanta Motorsports Park in Dawsonville home, adding North Georgia to its California and Florida training facilities.  In case you don't know his name, Ore is a stunt driving legend, having performed in some of Hollywood's top films and currently holding more than a dozen world records.  The stunt driving school at Atlanta Motorsports Park will offer two-hour or single-day sessions, as well as a multi-day program.  All are open to the public, with no professional stunt driving experience needed!

Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken heard "no experience needed" -- and headed straight to Dawsonville!  He spent the morning at Atlanta Motorsports Park with look at this exciting new addition.

Jonathan’s recipe: Bartaco

Makes 8-10 Small Tacos

Piquillo Romesco Sauce:

Makes about 5 cups

1/2 lb Almonds, blanched & peeled, no skin

2 each Piquillo Peppers, 12 ounce can, rinsed, drained, and dried, preferabbly Roland Brand

1 can Chipotles in Adobo, La Preferida Brand preferred

2 ounces Fresh Garlic Cloves, woody ends trimmed

3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2-1/4 tsp Kosher Salt, Diamond Crystal

1-1/4 tsp Spanish Smoked Hot Paprika

Roasted Cauliflower:

1 each Head of Cauliflower, cut into bite size florets, about 1lb after removed from the stem

1 TBSP Olive Oil, extra virgin

1-1/2 tsp Kosher Salt, preferably Diamond Crystal

Wash and dry the florets under cold water. Cut cauliflower into "bite size" pieces and place into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt. Spread out cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and roast in a 400F oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cauliflower is lightly caramelized and al dente.

To make the tacos:

Heat the tortillas on a griddle top or in a large saute pan until warm and toasted. Once the Cauliflower is roasted, place a small amount into the shell of the tortilla. Spoon about 1-1/2 Tablespoons on top of the roasted cauliflower. Garnish each taco with freshly diced onion and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with wedges of lime.
