En Guard! Girl Scouts Gearing Up For Busy Camp Season: It’s a rite of passage for young ladies around the country – packing a bag, waving goodbye to Mom and Dad, and heading off to Girl Scout Camp!
Right now, registration is open for Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta summer camps. The organization offers several summer camp options, including resident camps (with sessions ranging from two nights to two weeks), day camps, and troop camps. And each camp location offers a unique setting and interactive opportunities, from archery and horseback riding at Camp Meriwether in Luthersville to nature trails and kayaking at Camp Pine Valley in Meansville. Girl Scout summer camps are open to any girls (not just Girl Scouts), and registration can be done online.
