Fitness isn't just for grownups -- and one local facility is proving that with a unique schedule for kids. Intown Tumbling and Yoga for Kids is located on Ralph McGill Boulevard in Atlanta, and is the only area facility that offers yoga classes specifically for children. As the name indicates, tumbling classes are offered for kids as young as 18 months (the My Grown Up and Me class covers 18 to 24-month-olds and their parents), and yoga classes are also broken up by age group. Parents can sign their kids up for full sessions of tumbling or yoga (Spring Sessions runs through May 13), but the facility is now offering a drop-in option for the yoga classes. Intown Tumbling and Yoga for Kids also holds summer camps and offers various birthday party packages.
