Scrooge at the Alliance -Alliance Theatre Brings "Scrooge" To Life For Local Kids
Nothing says the holidays like a visit from the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future -- and this holiday season, Atlanta's Alliance Theatre is bringing all three to local students.
This is the 26th year the Tony-winning Alliance Theatre is presenting "A Christmas Carol" -- which runs November 19th through December 27th.  This year's production stars Broadway's David de Vries, who's been seen on the Great White Way in "Beauty And The Beast" and toured with the hit show "Wicked."  Along with performing the holiday classic for audiences each night, Alliance is currently producing morning performances for school kids, bringing the magical Charles Dickens tale of Ebenezer Scrooge and Tiny Tim (among other legendary characters) to life for a new generation of theatre-goers.
Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken spent the morning backstage with the cast and crew, and talked to the excited students waiting for the show!  For more information click here.
