Dragon Con Expected to Draw Crowd Of More Than 65,000 Downtown

Over the past few decades, it's become almost as legendary as the science fiction literature, film, and television that it celebrates.  This weekend, Dragon Con is back in Atlanta, and organizers expect it to bring more fans than ever before.
Dragon Con is described as a "multi-media popular culture convention" which celebrates everything sci-fi and fantasy.  This year's convention takes place September 4-7, with various events to be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Marriott Marquis, Atlanta Hilton, Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, Westin Peachtree Plaza, and AmericasMart, Building 2 (registration will be located at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel).  Scheduled guests include actors from the FOX hit series "Sleepy Hollow" -- and the Dragon Con parade (Atlanta's largest) will take place Saturday, starting at 10 a.m.
Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken (aka Clark Kent for the morning) spent the morning downtown, getting a look at this year's Dragon Con action.  He also scored an interview with Geek Nation founder/CEO Clare Kramer -- known to many fans from her appearances in the movie Bring It On and the television series "Buffy The Vampire Slayer."
