The Champ Burger begins with a blend of ground bison and beef. Then Chef Mario creates what he calls a power salad complete with a blend of kale, celery, brussel sprouts, and their house dressing...sounds pretty healthy doesn't it? Then he adds provolone cheese and applewood smoked/candied bacon, but wait...there's more. It is topped with fried strips of yellow, red, and green bell pepper, and oh yeah, don't forget the spicy aioli. You get the idea.
