ATLANTA - They call it refined tavern fare with a southern flair. Hobnob Neighborhood Tavern has been around Atlanta in Midtown first, then in Brookhaven, and now they are preparing to expand again including Dunwoody and beyond.
This week, #BurgersWithBuck went to the Brookhaven location to meet up with owner Sean Yeremyan and Executive Chef Robbie Burton, and to give their Triple B Burger a try.
Officially the three B’s that make up the Triple B Burger are Bacon, Brie, and Smoked Pork Belly, but many like to point out that the grass fed Beef and the Brioche Bun also begin with the letter ‘B’, and that’s cool because as you know at #BWB… alliteration is kind of our thing. And even though it doesn’t start with our favorite letter, the Strawberry Aioli adds a hint of sweet to the salty and savory explosion of flavors that accompany every bite.
Also, if grass-fed beef isn’t your thing, there are plenty of other “protein” options for you. Those options include turkey, lamb, veggie, beef, chicken, or salmon.
