AUSTELL, Ga. - If you're the kind of person who already screams a lot at theme parks, start saving your voice now for what might just be the scariest Six Flags Over Georgia Fright Fest ever!
Fright Fest returns to the Austell park weekend nights from September 24 through October 31. During the day, the park offers activities for young ghouls and goblins, including playgrounds and arts and crafts at the Lickskillet Harvest Festival. Then, at night, the big kids get to have some fun with a freaky series of haunted houses and scare zones. New attractions for 2016 include the Demon District scare zone, Mummy's Curse haunted maze, and Rage of the Gargoyles VR coaster, in which riders wear virtual reality goggles while riding Dare Devil Dive.
Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken is a big fan of Six Flags Fright Fest, and spent the morning at Six Flags Over Georgia trying not to scream too loudly on live television!
