BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A decision to eat a quick meal could end up costing a Florida woman a lot more than money.
Yvelande Jean-Pierre allegedly broke a window and crawled into a Boynton Beach, Florida police station on Jan. 3 and heated up some meals in the cops' microwave.
Not only did she decide to make the food, but she also took a bite of one officer's chicken dish.
Police said she helped herself to some asparagus too, leaving the evidence behind on the counter.
Her big mistake was leaving her wallet and state-issued ID card behind as well, police said.
Officers tracked Jean-Pierre down and arrested her.
She was charged with burglary to an unoccupied structure, theft, and criminal mischief.
