NASHVILLE, Tenn. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Police have arrested a crew of five children accused of shooting and killing a Nashville singer.
The youngest suspect is only 12 years old.
Investigators say the juveniles were in a "stolen" pick-up truck outside of musician Kyle Yorlet's home.
Police say the suspects took the rock band singer's wallet, and when he refused to give up the keys to his car, someone in the group fired.
The group, whose ages ranged from 12 to 16, were picked up by police at a local Walmart.
All five juveniles are being charged with criminal homicide.
