AUSTELL, Ga. - In honor of Veterans Day, Six Flags over Georgia will host a variety of events over the weekend for the park's Military Appreciation days.
Six Flags is teaming up with the Atlanta Falcons to host over 70 special guests from the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors. TAPS offers care to family members grieving the loss of a military loved one.
During the special appreciation days, active duty Military servicemen and service women with a valid Military ID will receive free park admission. Also, up to three dependents of each service member can enter the park free of charge.
Any additional family members will receive 50 percent off admission.
Military Appreciation days are November 11-12.
