Tragic fire sparks new hope for Cherokee Co. family

Kim, Kelsy and Kristian Lorenzo were pulled out of class at River Ridge High School last Wednesday. That's when they found out a fire had ripped through their childhood home.

Luckily, nobody was hurt in the blaze. Their mother, Sara, was able to get out of the house in time.

Upon hearing the news, a friend of the kids quickly took action and is giving them hope through love and basketball.
