I-Team: Fulton police chief hires pastor with his own church as full time detective

A FOX 5 I-Team investigation: He's paid a full time detective salary, but has no direct supervisor and no place to report. So, FOX 5 Senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell started asking "What does he do?"

Pastor Warren Henry used to be a Fulton County chaplain. But, when County Commissioners decided to cut Pastor Warren Henry's hours, the Fulton County Police chief hired him as a full-time detective. Even though he heads his own church, Chaplain Henry is a certified police officer, but Senior FOX 5 I-Team reporter Dale Russell set out to find out what he does.
