Delicious recipe for fish tacos

Chef Adam Esser from Del Frisco's Grille in Atlanta stopped by Good Day Atlanta Friday morning with a delicious recipe for fish tacos!

 Here's what the recipe calls for:

6 oz. Acadian Redfish (Redfish, mild, flakey white fish)

1 tsp. salt and white pepper

1/2 Tbs. cajun seasoning

2 flour tortillas

1/2 lemon charred

2 slices of avocado

1/2 cup of roasted corn and jicama slaw 

1 oz. each of roasted tomato salsa and serrano honey vinaigrette

2 cilantro sprigs

crema (sour cream thinned with water to make pourable)
