Gunshow Executive Chef Joey Ward stopped by Good Day Atlanta Monday with some delicious food options.
Ward had a nice display of buttermilk whipped feta, lemon scented cornbread, strawberry preserves and Georgia olive oil.
Buttermilk whipped feta:
- 1 lb of decimal place goats milk feta, crumbled
- 1.5 cups Southern Swiss Dairy Buttermilk
- Salt, to taste (about 1.5 tsp)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Zest of one lemon
- 1 TB Ga Olive Farms Olive Farms olive oil
Mix in stand mixer with paddle until the consistency of cottage cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
